Processing Time

  • Walking Accessories: We aim to dispatch walking accessories within 1-2 working days.
  • Custom Items (Pom Pom Necklaces, Resin ID Tags): Custom items are made to order. Please allow up to 3 working days for necklaces to dispatch. Resin ID tags may take up to 8 working days to prepare.
  • If your order contains both custom and non-custom items (e.g., a harness and an ID tag), the processing time will be up to 8 days, as everything will be shipped together.

If your order is time-sensitive or you need it delivered by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

We use An Post to ship all orders.

  • Free Shipping:
    • Within Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland): Free shipping on orders over €40
    • Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over €80
    • The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping depends on the weight and destination of your order.
    • Standard Post (without tracking)
    • Registered / Express Post (with tracking): Available for most countries. Some countries only offer this method due to high instances of lost packages.

International Shipping

  • Ireland & EU: Orders to these countries do not incur import duties or taxes — the price you see at checkout is the total.
  • Other countries: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
