Free Shipping

  • Within Ireland: Free shipping on orders over €40
  • Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over €80

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of your order. An Post has five main price zones, and we offer both Standard (no tracking) and Registered/Express (with tracking) options.

Here’s a general guide to pricing:

Zone 1:

Ireland & Northern Ireland

  • Registered with tracking: €5.96 (1-3 business days)

Zone 2:

Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands

  • Standard without tracking: €4.20 – €15.60 (3–8 working days)
  • Express with tracking: €11.20 – €22 (3–5 working days)

Zone 3:

Rest of Europe (inc. countries like Italy, Spain, Sweden, Greece, etc.)

  • Standard without tracking: €4.20 – €18 (4–10 working days)
  • Registered with tracking: €11.20 – €23 (4–7 working days)

Zone 4:

Canada, USA & Rest of the world

  • Standard without tracking: €12.50 – €34 (5–10 working days)
  • Express with tracking: €17 – €35.50 (3–7 working days)

Zone 5:

Australia & New Zealand, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela

  • Standard without tracking: €7.80 – €46 (5–20 working days)
  • Express with tracking: €14.80 – €47.50 (4–10 working days)

Important: Lost Packages with No Tracking

Please note: If you choose Standard (no tracking) shipping and your package is lost in transit, we are not able to replace or refund the item. For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting Registered/Express (with tracking) shipping to ensure you can track your package.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from Ireland 🇮🇪. Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Region-Specific Information

Ireland & EU

  • No customs duties or import fees apply.

United Kingdom

  • Orders valued £0–£135 (excluding shipping & insurance) → Import VAT is payable by the customer when the parcel arrives.
  • Orders valued over £135 → Both customs duties and VAT may apply, calculated by UK customs.

United States

  • As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has removed the de minimis exemption.
  • This means all orders, regardless of value, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
  • Charges are set by U.S. Customs and are not included in our prices or shipping.

Canada, Australia & Rest of World

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws and thresholds.
  • Please check with your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
