Free Returns for First-Time Customers

We offer free returns on your first order because we want you to feel confident about sizing and fit—no stress, no fuss.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at returns@myloandmasboutique.com.
Important:
- Returns must be sent to the following address:
River Road, Spiddal, Co. Galway, H91HY5H, Ireland - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products, such as our handmade Pom Pom necklaces.
If you provided incorrect size measurements, you’re welcome to send it back at your own cost and we’ll adjust the sizing for you. Just email us first to arrange it. - Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have questions about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to:
- Return the item.
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without explanation.
As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
